Your <title> tag is of prime importance to search engines.

Your Description tag should be written to make people want to click through when your website shows up in their search results.

We no longer recommend using a Keywords tag at all, and that is why we haven't included it in our Meta Tags tool. The reason is that none of the big three search engines use it for ranking any more, yet an improperly used Keywords tag can get your page delisted in Google!
