Refund Terms

We offer the following risk-free refund agreements.

For Bronze and Silver

You may request a full refund within 3 days of making your payment as long as your website has not actually been launched. After 3 days or after launch no refund will be given.

For Gold or Crystal

If you are not 100% delighted with the custom design we make for you, we will refund your Design cost (but not costs for services we performed during the Discovery phase such as editing your text and doing SEO).

By accepting the refund you will relinquish all rights to the design.

Relinquished website designs go in our proprietary template gallery.
